Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) m.10 ve Aydınlatma Yükümlülüğünün Yerine Getirilmesinde Uyulacak Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Tebliğ uyarınca, UZSER AI Engine web sitesi üzerinden toplanan kişisel verileriniz hakkında sizi bilgilendirmek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

02İşlenen kişisel veriler

Web sitesindeki iletişim, demo talebi ve keşif toplantısı formlarını doldurmanız hâlinde aşağıdaki veriler işlenir:

• Kimlik: ad soyad
• İletişim: e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (isteğe bağlı)
• Mesleki bilgi: unvan (keşif toplantısı formunda, isteğe bağlı)
• Müşteri işlem: şirket adı, ilgilenilen paket, kullanılan sistem, mesaj veya gündem içeriği, toplantı için tercih ettiğiniz tarih, saat ve toplantı şekli, tercih ettiğiniz site dili
• İşlem güvenliği: IP adresi — yalnızca kötüye kullanımı ve aşırı gönderimi önlemek amacıyla, geri döndürülemez biçimde özetlenmiş (hash) olarak ve en fazla 10 dakika süreyle

Sitede kullanılan tema ve dil tercihleri yalnızca sizin tarayıcınızda saklanır, Uzser’e iletilmez. Ayrıntılar için Çerez Politikası’na bakınız.

03İşleme amaçları

• İletişim ve demo taleplerinizin alınması, değerlendirilmesi ve yanıtlanması
• Demo ve tanıtım görüşmelerinin planlanması, size uygun paket ve teklifin hazırlanması
• Talebinizin alındığına ilişkin bilgilendirme e-postasının gönderilmesi
• Bilgi güvenliği süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, formların kötüye kullanılmasının önlenmesi
• Mevzuattan kaynaklanan yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve yetkili kurumlara bilgi verilmesi

04Hukuki sebepler

Kişisel verileriniz KVKK m.5/2 kapsamında aşağıdaki hukuki sebeplere dayanılarak işlenir:

• (c) Bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması — talep ettiğiniz demo, teklif ve bilgilendirme
• (f) İlgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati — talebin yanıtlanması, bilgi güvenliği
• (ç) Veri sorumlusunun hukuki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirebilmesi için zorunlu olması

Bu amaçlar dışında, örneğin pazarlama iletişimi için verileriniz kullanılmak istenirse ayrıca açık rızanız alınır.

05Kişisel verilerin aktarılması

Kişisel verileriniz, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olarak:

• Web sitesinin barındırıldığı ve e-postaların iletildiği altyapı hizmet sağlayıcılarına (Markum (web sitesinin barındırıldığı sunucular, Türkiye) ve form e-postalarının iletildiği Google LLC Gmail hizmeti (sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir)),
• Hukuki yükümlülük hâlinde yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına

aktarılabilir. Sitede kullanılan yazı tipleri Google Fonts (Google LLC) üzerinden yüklenmekte olup bu sırada tarayıcınızın IP adresi teknik olarak Google’a iletilebilir. Form e-postalarının Gmail üzerinden iletilmesi ve yazı tiplerinin yüklenmesi yurt dışına aktarım niteliği taşıyabilir; bu aktarım KVKK m.9 hükümlerine uygun olarak gerçekleştirilir.

06Toplama yöntemi

Kişisel verileriniz, web sitesindeki formlar aracılığıyla elektronik ortamda, otomatik yollarla toplanır.

07Saklama süresi

Form aracılığıyla iletilen veriler, talebinizin sonuçlanmasından itibaren 2 yıl süreyle veya ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen süre boyunca saklanır; sürenin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir. Kötüye kullanımı önlemek için tutulan özetlenmiş IP kaydı en fazla 10 dakika saklanır.

08KVKK m.11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

Uzser’e başvurarak;

• Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
• İşlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
• Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
• Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
• KVKK m.7’de öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,
• Düzeltme, silme ve yok etme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
• Münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
• Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme

haklarına sahipsiniz.

09Başvuru yöntemi

Haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi, Veri Sorumlusuna Başvuru Usul ve Esasları Hakkında Tebliğ’e uygun olarak;

• Islak imzalı dilekçe ile İnci Tower, Çınarlı Mah. 1563. Sk. No:2 D:306-307-308, 35170 Konak/İzmir, Türkiye adresine şahsen veya noter aracılığıyla,
• Daha önce bildirdiğiniz ve sistemimizde kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden info@uzser.com.tr adresine

iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, niteliğine göre en geç 30 gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nca belirlenen tarife uygulanabilir.

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data collected through the UZSER AI Engine website. The Turkish version is legally binding.

01Data controller

Your personal data is processed by Uzser Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Uzser”) as the data controller.

02Personal data processed

When you fill in the contact, demo request or discovery meeting forms on the website, the following data is processed:

• Identity: full name
• Contact: email address, phone number (optional)
• Professional information: job title (discovery meeting form, optional)
• Customer transaction: company name, package of interest, system used, message or agenda, your preferred meeting date, time and format, preferred site language
• Transaction security: IP address — only to prevent abuse and excessive submissions, irreversibly hashed and kept for at most 10 minutes

Theme and language preferences are stored only in your browser and are not sent to Uzser. See the Cookie Policy for details.

03Purposes of processing

• Receiving, assessing and responding to your contact and demo requests
• Planning demo and introduction meetings, preparing a suitable package and offer
• Sending a confirmation email that your request was received
• Running information security processes and preventing misuse of the forms
• Fulfilling legal obligations and informing authorised bodies

04Legal grounds

Your personal data is processed on the following grounds under KVKK Article 5/2:

• (c) It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract — the demo, offer and information you request
• (f) Legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights — responding to your request, information security
• (ç) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfil a legal obligation

If your data is to be used for any other purpose, such as marketing communications, your explicit consent will be obtained separately.

05Transfer of personal data

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to:

• Infrastructure providers hosting the website and relaying emails (Markum (servers hosting the website, Türkiye) and the Google LLC Gmail service used to relay form emails (its servers may be located abroad)),
• Authorised public institutions where legally required.

The fonts used on the site are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC); in this process your browser’s IP address may technically be sent to Google. Relaying form emails via Gmail and loading the fonts may qualify as cross-border transfers; these are carried out in line with KVKK Article 9.

06Method of collection

Your personal data is collected electronically and automatically through the forms on the website.

07Retention period

Data submitted through the forms is kept for 2 years after your request is concluded, or for the period required by law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. The hashed IP record kept to prevent abuse is stored for at most 10 minutes.

08Your rights under KVKK Article 11

By applying to Uzser, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is processed,
• Request information if it has been processed,
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
• Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred,
• Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in KVKK Article 7,
• Request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified of such correction, deletion or destruction,
• Object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

09How to apply

You may submit requests regarding your rights, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

• From the email address previously registered with us to info@uzser.com.tr.

Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on its nature; where the process requires an additional cost, the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
